• 5 or 6 fresh cranberries
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 2 tablespoons pine syrup
• A few drops of Angostura bitters or bruised orange peel
• Pine ice cubes*
• Sparkling water

Mix the cranberries, lemon juice, pine syrup, bitters, and a handful of pine ice cubes in a glass. Stir. Top up with sparkling water.
