Orecchiette con la Rucola

A Salentine dish. Use wild rocket, Eruca sativa (or broccoli heads or heads of rape). Gather the plants when small, wash them well and throw into a pan of salted boiling water. Cook the orecchiette in another pan and drain when they are al dente.
