Method

Place a small nonstick sauté pan over medium heat. Add a couple drops of oil, and, one at a time, roast all the ingredients until fragrant. Transfer to a bowl and let cool completely.
Transfer to a spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container.
