Paneer Di Soti Boti

Paneer di soti boti means “paneer on a stick.” To keep the skewered foods together, make sure the batter is quite thin so it doesn’t weigh down the loaded wooden skewer when you dip it in the oil. Serve these with pudina aur dhaniya chutney (mint-and-cilantro chutney).
