This is one of the tastiest vegetarian dishes I have come across, and it’s perfect to share. Using ingredients that are inherently seasonal such as morels and broad beans gives a real sense of early summer. Alternatively, in winter, using a blue cheese in place of the goat’s cheese and smoky bacon instead of broad beans will produce a delicious teatime treat.
