Knickerbocker Glory 100

This Knickerbocker glory is for grown-ups only! It’s based on the same principles as the 99 version on the previous page, but with the addition of copious amounts of coffee and alcohol. A sweet liqueur such as amaretto works well with the coffee and, to up the bitterness level, you could add a sprinkle of chocolate-coated coffee beans. Yum!
