  • About

I severely dislike shop-bought ice pops. Children seem to love them but adults worry about the additives and preservatives they might contain. So why not make your own? It’s fantastic to watch the kids scrabbling for these natural, fresh-fruit ice pops, which look amazing, taste delicious and are also good for them.

Ingredients

  • 2 kg fruit purée
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 10 x 200

Method

  1. Put the fruit purée and icing sugar into a large saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Pour the purée into the lollipop moulds and insert the sticks. Freeze for a few hours until solid before serving.
