This is a great alternative to a straightforward olive tapenade. It’s a delicious accompaniment to roast lamb and makes the perfect dip for the Grissini. Another great option is to add a few spoonfuls to a basic bread mix (see Foolproof White Bread), which gives the bread a real salty, olive lift.
