Did you know that you can bake pancakes? It’s a really simple way of cooking a large batch and this savoury version makes for a nice twist on a classic breakfast pancake.

Ingredients

  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6 and line a shallow baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda to a large bowl and mix with a spoon.
  3. Add the milk and eggs and mix again.
