The easiest mac & cheese recipe ever. Everything is cooked in one pot on the hob and finished under the grill. This recipe is also packed with sneaky veg and great for fussy eaters.

Ingredients

  • 400 g pasta
  • 550 ml vegetable stock
  • 550 ml

Method

  1. Put the pasta, stock, milk, oregano and garlic powder in a large pan or casserole dish that’s suitable to be used on the hob and under the grill.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  3. Add the courgette and cauliflower, stir well and cook for another 4–5 minutes until the pasta is fully cooked and most of the liquid has absorbed.
  4. Turn
