Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 400 g diced chicken breast
  • 1 onion

Method

  1. Add the oil and chicken to a wok or large frying pan and cook for about 5–6 minutes until the chicken has browned.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, peppers and mangetout and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Mix the chicken stock, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tomato purée, rice wine vinegar and honey together in a jug and pour into the wok.
