I love meals that you can chuck in the oven and forget about until it’s ready. This Sausage & Veg Traybake is one of those. So simple but super tasty. A new family favourite!

Ingredients

  • 600 g baby new potatoes
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Leaving the skins on, chop the potatoes in half and add to a large, deep baking tray.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, carrots, cherry tomatoes, dried oregano and paprika and mix well.
