Burritos are so delicious, but can be a bit tricky (not to mention messy!) for kids to eat. Instead I serve mine using the tortilla as an edible bowl for the chilli. But you can, of course, fill the wraps up and eat them as normal if you wish.

Ingredients

  • ½ tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or shallow casserole dish on the hob.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and turkey mince and cook for 3–4 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the smoked paprika, ground coriander, ground cumin and chilli powder and mix well. Cook for another minute.
