These Swedish-inspired pork meatballs, cooked in a creamy sauce, are the ultimate comfort food. Serve with mashed potato or even pasta.

Ingredients

  • 500 g pork mince
  • 30 g dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Method

  1. Add the pork mince, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder and onion powder to a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Roll the mixture into 20 equal-sized meatballs.
  3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or shallow saucepan. Add 10 of the meatballs and fry for about 6 minutes, turning to ensure all sides are browned.
