My homemade chicken kebab recipe is a brilliant show-stopper to serve up to a crowd. If you’re cooking it just for your own family there will be loads of leftovers ready to freeze for a meal another day.
Put the Greek yoghurt, olive oil, oregano, paprika, garlic and lemon juice in a large non-metal bowl and mix well. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Add the chicken thighs and mix so that they are fully coated in the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
