If you are a mushroom lover then this is an absolute must-try recipe. A deliciously creamy mushroom and pasta stroganoff.

Ingredients

  • 500 ml hot vegetable stock
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tsp

Method

  1. Add the vegetable stock, butter and French mustard to the slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms and thyme, along with a little salt and pepper and stir again.
  3. Cook on high for 1.5 hours or low for 2.5 hours.
  4. Add the pasta and milk, mix well and cook for another hour on high.
  5. Turn off the heat and stir in the crème
