The key to a rich and flavoursome Italian ragù is a long and slow cook. This recipe contains simple ingredients, but they transform into the most delicious family meal that will have everyone licking their bowl!


  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 600 g diced beef


  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Cook on high for 5–6 hours or low for 6–8 hours.
  3. Serve with cooked tagliatelle.
