Turn your leftover curry into something completely different for dinner the following day using just a sheet of puff pastry.

Ingredients

  • Leftover Sweet Potato and Paneer Curry
  • 1 sheet ready-rolled puff pastry
  • 1 egg or

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7 and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Use a knife to cut the sweet potato and paneer a little smaller in the sauce. This will make it easier to fill and close the pastry parcels.
