Fish can be very expensive to buy fresh. For my next two recipes I use frozen salmon fillets. Much cheaper to buy and they have already removed the skin too.


  • 6 frozen salmon fillets
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed</


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6 and have 2 baking trays ready.
