This delicious Spanish-flavoured stew is more summery than a traditional stew. You can also swap the chicken thighs for chicken breasts if you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 600 g skinless chicken thighs, left whole
  • 100 g chorizo, chopped
  • 2

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large freezer bag. Push out the air and seal the bag.
  2. Freeze flat for up to 3 months.
  3. Defrost in a large bowl in the fridge overnight and then cook either in the oven or slow cooker.
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
