Slow-cook these marinated chicken breasts in the oven or slow cooker to make the meat super tender and perfect to add to wraps.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients except the water and cornflour into a large freezer bag.
  2. Combine water and cornflour in a cup and stir until dissolved.
  3. Pour this into the bag and mix well. Push out the air and seal the bag.
  4. Freeze flat for up to 3 months.
  5. Defrost in a large bowl in the fridge overnight and then cook either in the oven or s
