Ingredients

  • 200 g roasted red peppers (from a jar)
  • 100 g sun-dried tomatoes

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve as a pasta sauce or a sauce for chicken or fish.
