On-the-go snacking is made easy with these delicious chocolate coconut energy bites, packed full of nutritious and filling ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 100 g peanut butter
  • 50 g

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients (except the extra desiccated coconut for coating) into a large bowl and mix with a spoon.
  2. Put the extra desiccated coconut on a plate.
  3. Take a small amount of the mixture, roll with your hands into a ball and then coat in the extra desiccated coconut.
