Grange Petit Fours

This was our lingering final note of the grand concerto that was a Grange degustation, comprising four sweet morsels presented to the diner. It was not compulsory for these to be eaten, but it certainly had to be something for the diner to remember. It was a sign that we were still giving it all, right to the very end of their meal.
