A single-course banquet called Pun Choi (which translates directly as basin feast) is an essential eating experience when visiting Hong Kong. It was first prepared by people from Hong Kong’s northern walled villages to signify neighbourliness, unity and peace, and it is also prepared for ancestral ceremonies.
