A Bundt pan gives this popular, pull-apart breakfast or brunch bread a special-occasion look. To add a bit of crunch, as you pour the butter-and-spice-coated biscuits into the pan, sprinkle ⅓ cup chopped pecans in among the pieces.
To make the bread, spray a 6-cup Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the butter and ½ teaspoon of the salt. Using the tip of a knife, scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean into the bowl, then stir to mix well. In a second bowl, stir together the cinnamon, granulated and brown sugars, and the remaining ½ teaspoon salt.
