  • 1 quantity milk bun dough
  • about 30 pitted green olives, chopped
  • 3–4 tablespoons

Method

Make the dough according to the instructions at left. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Add the olives and thyme to the dough, then knead quickly until smooth. Shape into eight balls the size of an orange (about 100
