A dish that’s simple, quick and essential to the meze table. Serve with slices of toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 200 g (7 oz/¾ cup)

Method

Crush the garlic with some salt using a mortar and pestle. Mix into 1 tablespoon of the yoghurt in a bowl, before adding the rest of the yoghurt, so that the garlic mixes through evenly. Sprinkle over the dried mint, and drizzle with a little olive oil (if using).
