Beef Dumplings

Mant: the unmissable little Armenian dumplings. They have their own special restaurants, mantıci, and you can understand why. They are in a class of their own – a must-try and a must-make on a regular basis. Another way of preparing these is to cook them in water instead of the oven (if you want to cry this, make them into small closed square packets).
