Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 zucchini (courgettes

Method

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until soft. Next, add the zucchini, garlic and sugar, and season with salt. Keep cooking for 10–15 minutes until the zucchini is tender.
