These sweet little puffs keep for a few days, if stored in an airtight container.
First, make the syrup. Put the sugar and 150 ml (5 fl oz) water in a small saucepan, and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Bring the syrup mixture to the boil, still
