A fresh lemonade on the shaded terrace of a chic café in Nişantaşi, after a long walk in the spring weather, and you will soon be off again on your tour of the local shops and markets. A good variation is to add a few mint leaves to the lemons for squeezing or at the bottom of the lemonade glass, crushed using a pestle.
