Ciabatta

Italian sandwiches are very simple, usually made with a couple of ingredients served in a bread roll. One of our favorites is so simple that anyone who hasn’t tried it is sure to underestimate how delicious it is: thinly sliced mortadella and a drizzle of lemon juice. As always, simplicity requires good ingredients, and that certainly includes the bread. Ciabatta is a classic sandwich bread and perfect for making panini.
