Pasta with Anchovies, Capers, Olives & Tomatoes

The name of this classic dish literally translates to “prostitute-style pasta.” Many theories have been proposed about where the name comes from, none being particularly convincing. All we know for sure is that it’s a yummy recipe and one that every pasta lover should try at some point. The anchovies naturally bring salt into the sauce, so you generally don’t need to season it further. Taste the sauce as it cooks and add salt if necessary, but be careful not to accidentally overdo it.
