Tuscan Biscotti Cookies

When most people imagine “biscotti,” they’re usually picturing cantucci, which are simply one type of biscotto. These Tuscan cookies are easier to make than you might think and make a great gift, in no small part due to their relatively long shelf life. Traditionally they’re served with some vin santo (sweet wine), in which the biscotti are dipped.
