Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz/⅔ cup) white or brown miso

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to form a thick paste. If the marinade is too thick add a splash of sake or water to loosen it slightly. The marinade is ready to be used.
