  • 100 g ( oz) rehydrated konbu (can use rehydrated shiitake mushrooms or canned baby clams as alternatives)

Method

  1. You can use the leftover konbu from Primary or Secondary Dashi for this recipe. Cut the rehydrated konbu into thin strips.
