I’ve made this tuna loaf countless times with my sister Simona during shared summer seaside holidays, when all 15 members of my close family gather and share many tasty meals. We aim for dishes that are quick to make, can be prepared in advance, don’t force you to stand over a hot stove, feed a large crowd and can be eaten at room temperature, including for Shabbat. This tuna loaf ticks all the boxes, and kids love it because it tastes so mild.
