White peaches (or white nectarines) are delectable, and at their best in this simple but ethereal dessert.

Ingredients

  • 350 g/12 oz strawberries
  • juice of 1 small orange

Method

Halve the strawberries and put them into a food processor with the orange juice and caster sugar to taste. Whizz to a purée and then rub through a sieve into a bowl.
