The only thing better than juicy chicken meat is crispy skin. Luckily, this meal prep recipe has both, combined with a fresh and zippy salsa verde and a creamy cabbage slaw that will make it taste like summer all year round.
Make the spice rub for the chicken by combining the smoked paprika and turmeric in a small bowl and mix well.
