I’ll bet you thought eating a big bowl of pasta was off limits for keto? I did too, until I found the wonder know as shirataki noodles! Toss in a fresh pesto sauce and top with Italian spice-crusted chicken thighs for the ultimate bowl of keto pasta.
Make the spice rub by combining the paprika, onion and garlic powder, oregano, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl, and mix well. Season the chicken thighs with a generous pinch of salt and spice rub on each side. Rub the spice rub all around the chicken and allow to sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes. Preheat a large pan, preferably cast-iron, over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
