If you thought the days of slurping down a big bowl of pasta and sauce were over just because you’re on keto, think again my friends! This ragù Bolognese is so good that you could pour it over a shoe, and it would taste good. Mangia!
Start the ragù by preheating a tall-sided pan or Dutch oven just above medium heat along with 2 tablespoons of oil.
