I love recipes that use the same ingredients more than once, so I decided to do it three times! The Asian marinade also doubles as the stir-fry sauce, and, once simmered and reduced, it’s the sauce that gets poured over the juicy marinated chicken.
Make the marinade for the chicken by combining the tamari, sesame oil, sambal, lime juice, and stevia in a small bowl. Mix well and give it a taste. You want a good balance of flavors, so add more of whatever you feel is lacking. Place the chicken strips in a tight-fitting dish or bowl and pour the marinade over. Press the chicken down with your hands and let marinate at room temperature
