This is my low-carb take on Middle Eastern comfort food. Instead of eating starchy rice, I use lots of ketofriendly veggies and the added crunch of pecans. The kefta are juicy and have the right blend of spices and herbs. Just don’t forget to dip them in that creamy yogurt sauce.
