If you are looking for new ways to cook salmon, here you go. This technique will give you insanely crispy skin, but the fish will be juicy and moist. The side dishes are actually my favorite part of the recipe: so much flavor and so many veggies!
Prep the salmon by placing the salmon filets skin side up on a plate and storing in the fridge 30–60 minutes before cooking.
