Ingredients

For the strawberry butter

  • 1 stick unsalted grass-fed butter, room temperature
  • ¼ cup strawberries, finely cubed

Method

For the strawberry butter, add everything to a medium-sized bowl and use a hand mixer to beat well. You can use a spatula, but a hand mixer is best. Taste some of the butter—you may need more stevia.
