I love flavor bombs! They usually come in the form of pantry items or freezer staples and add massive flavor to anything you are cooking. Soy sauce and tomato paste are the ones people usually think of, but, once you make these flavored butters, they will be your new favorite culinary weapons.
For the strawberry butter, add everything to a medium-sized bowl and use a hand mixer to beat well. You can use a spatula, but a hand mixer is best. Taste some of the butter—you may need more stevia.
