You ain’t gonna find this turkey burger on the menu at Shake Shack or In-N-Out Burger. This is one of a kind. Two juicy turkey patties enrobed in melted cheddar cheese, topped with spice-crusted grilled onions, and nestled between two low-carb pillowy buns. Someone, get me a chocolate shake stat!
For the burgers, divide the ground turkey meat into four portions. To make uniform burger patties, place a layer of plastic wrap on top of a large mayo or peanut butter lid (3.5 inches wide).
