I’ll bet you thought cheesy biscuits with tender pulled pork doused in sweet and tangy BBQ sauce were off limits on keto? Well, normally you would be right. Luckily you have me as your new friend. This recipe is a bit of work, but, trust me, it’s totally worth it!
Make the BBQ sauce by adding all the ingredients to a medium-sized pot and bring to a low simmer. Cook for 45 minutes, stirring often. Check for seasoning, you may need more brown sugar substitute. To make the sauce extra smooth, blend or use a hand blender for 30 seconds. Sauce will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks and tastes even better the next day.
