Cookie Bake

• Baking spray
• ½ cup (1 stick or 115 g) unsalted butter, at room temperatur

Directions

• 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Coat an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) baking dish with baking spray and set aside.
• 2 In a hand mixer, add the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla
